Jason R. Block

Jason Block is a partner in Rennert Vogel Mandler & Rodriguez, P.A.’s Commercial and Real Estate Litigation Department. Jason is a Florida licensed trial attorney who routinely represents businesses, national and regional real estate developers, hotel operators, lenders, entrepreneurs, and title insurance companies, including Global 500 and Fortune 500 companies, in the prosecution and defense of contract, tort and statutory claims, at both the trial and appellate court levels. In addition to state, federal and arbitration proceedings, Jason conducts due diligence and prospective litigation and bankruptcy analysis with respect to complex business and real estate transactions. Jason’s practice also routinely involves the prosecution and defense of commercial landlord and tenant matters and post-judgment collection work.
