He has dedicated himself to structuring complex business and real estate ventures, corporate matters, work-outs of distressed real property and coordinating the closings of real estate related financing.   • Representation of private equity funds and commercial lenders in the completion, repositioning and disposition of acquired distressed real estate.
  • Representation of developer in the acquisition of a Brickell Avenue office tower, and its conversion to a commercial condominium, together with the sale of commercial condominium units and the adjacent parcel.
  • Representation of owners of leveraged distressed real estate in loan work-outs exceeding $400 million.
  • Representation of residential developers in many ground up developments, including acquisition, institutional mezzanine financing, equity and debt financing, with transactional amounts exceeding $400 million in a 24 month period.
  • Representation of brokerage company with over $10 billion in sales.
  • Lead counsel of a team of attorneys and certified public accountants in structuring, coordinating and documenting private equity and private debt structures raising over $120 million.
