Amanda Shear

Amanda Shear handles all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including sales, acquisitions, title review, and commercial leasing.  She represents real estate developers in connection with the creation, development and operation of condominiums and vertical subdivisions.  She has experience drafting and filing condominium documents and other governing documents for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, performing “bulk” preconstruction condominium project closings, and handling condominium terminations.
