Benjamin Mitrani
Ben Mitrani is a commercial litigator who helps clients navigate disputes involving among other things, real estate, fiduciary issues, and legal malpractice defense. He has appeared in state and federal courts, represented high-net-worth individuals and publicly traded companies, and served as first and second chair in various capacities. Known for clear, persuasive advocacy, Ben brings a practical, business-minded approach to every matter.
Before joining the firm, Ben practiced at a highly-regarded Miami Beach commercial litigation boutique, where he had an active litigation practice handling hearings, depositions, and litigation strategy. Ben began his career at the Miami office of a national law firm.
Ben earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Inter-American Law Review. He was also a member of the University of Miami Moot Court Board and competed in a Fourth Amendment evidence competition.
Ben is a member of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and serves on the board of its Young Leadership Division.
