Catherine L. Wachtell

Catherine Wachtell is a litigation attorney with experience advising and representing public and private sector clients in commercial disputes, employment litigation, and regulatory matters. She has handled matters in state and federal courts and has appeared before administrative and regulatory bodies, applying a strategic, practical approach to complex legal and procedural issues.

Catherine began her legal career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Darren J. Del Sardo of the Superior Court of New Jersey, where she gained exposure to a wide variety of civil matters and honed the research, writing, and analytical skills that remain a cornerstone of her practice.
