Charles Perez

Charles “Charly” Perez is a member of the firm’s corporate and securities practice group. Charly represents private equity sponsors with respect to the structuring, fundraising, operating, and regulatory compliance of investment vehicles. Charly also represents companies in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, financing transactions, and regulatory matters, including compliance with securities laws related to going public transactions and reporting of public companies.  As an experienced corporate practitioner, he represents clients in a variety of complex corporate and transactional matters, including joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining us, Charly’s professional experience included prior employment as an associate in the New York office of a large international law firm. Charly is a member of the New York Bar and is pending admission to the Florida Bar.
