Daniel Bitran

Daniel is an accomplished litigation attorney with extensive experience in both state and federal courts and in arbitration. His diverse practice includes serving as lead counsel in representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial and real estate litigation. He also represents officers and directors in complex disputes. Finally, Daniel is proud to have represented numerous leading law firms in defense of claims involving alleged malpractice.

Daniel prides himself on taking a client-centric approach with a focus on meeting not only the client’s litigation goals, but the client’s business goals. In addition to his litigation practice, clients frequently call upon him to assist with corporate matters and risk mitigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Daniel was a partner at a prestigious local firm.
