Fahim Sayed is an experienced attorney concentrating his practice in all aspects of ad valorem property taxation, assisting commercial property owners throughout Florida with their property tax appeals. Fahim’s proactive approach includes handling direct negotiations with county property appraisers, administrative appeals to the Value Adjustment Board, and appeals in Circuit Court. Fahim has experience in virtually every sector of real estate, including retail, office, hospitality and senior housing.

Fahim brings a unique perspective to the firm. Within the niche property taxation area, his experience in the field spans 15 years working in a variety of roles within Fortune 500 corporations, global tax consulting firms, and leading law firms. This well-rounded experience, on both the “in-house” side and “third-party advocate” side, allows him to provide comprehensive and trusted guidance to his clients that goes beyond achieving significant tax savings.

Before focusing exclusively on property taxation matters, Fahim practiced real estate law in Pennsylvania for a prominent East Coast developer and served as a litigation attorney at one of the largest law firms in Philadelphia.
