Michael P. McNally

Michael P. McNally concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate transactions and corporate law. Mr. McNally’s real estate practice focuses on counseling clients in connection with their purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate and drafting, reviewing and negotiating purchase and sale contracts, loan transaction documents, lease agreements and other real property instruments. Mr. McNally also has a robust background in reviewing title work, surveys and zoning regulations which enables him to assist his clients throughout all aspects of their real estate transactions. Mr. McNally’s corporate practice centers in corporate formation, corporate governance, corporate reorganization, and private equity transactions.

Mr. McNally received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Furman University in 2013 and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2016. Mr. McNally is admitted to practice in the state of Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Section.
