Nicolas Fernandez

Nicolas A. Fernandez is an attorney in the Firm’s real estate department. As part of his practice, Mr. Fernandez drafts, reviews, and negotiates residential real estate purchase contracts, leases, and other real estate instruments, and performs “bulk” condominium closings.

Mr. Fernandez received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Business Analytics from Miami Herbert Business School and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. At the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Fernandez was a member of the University of Miami Business Law Review. He received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Real Estate Transactions and in Commercial Law: Secured Transactions. Mr. Fernandez is admitted to practice in the state of Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Section.
