Shay B. Cohen

Shay B. Cohen is a commercial litigation attorney who handles a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including real estate disputes, directors and officers disputes, shareholders disputes, and general business to business litigation. Mr. Cohen has practiced in state court, federal court, and bankruptcy court. Mr. Cohen has represented property owners and purchasers, real estate developers, company board members and officers, and business owners, giving him the ability to understand each client’s practical needs in developing a litigation and trial strategy.
